✅ What Can Be Returned

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item

Your order arrived damaged

The product is defective or expired upon arrival

We cannot accept returns for opened or partially consumed food items, or for reasons related to taste preferences.

To initiate a return or request a refund:

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and respond with next steps within 1–2 business days.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products

Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale

Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
